Just normal calathea leaves. Some of that looks like physical damage, probably just from bringing it home.
I see no signs of any pests. It just looks like maybe the beginnings of crispy leaves from low humidity? 2 weeks isn’t much time, so it’s probably still adjusting to its new home.
If you want to get ahead of it, buy a cheap little hygrometer to check your humidity. You want it over 40% to keep these guys happy.
