I’ve had her for two weeks. Is it thrips? Too much sun? I’ve put it to get indirect sunlight

Just normal calathea leaves. Some of that looks like physical damage, probably just from bringing it home.

I see no signs of any pests. It just looks like maybe the beginnings of crispy leaves from low humidity? 2 weeks isn’t much time, so it’s probably still adjusting to its new home.

If you want to get ahead of it, buy a cheap little hygrometer to check your humidity. You want it over 40% to keep these guys happy.
