It’s a calathea, it probably needs humidity but will also tell you that it’s not happy and will start browning again, so you try to bargain with it and start buying more things to make it happy, then it starts to turn yellow, then you buy more things or really truly delve into researching how to TRULY make it happy! It gives you a false sense of hope! It’s beautiful nothing is wrong with it! It’s in its perfect state and setting!
THEN YOU BLINK AND YOU’RE SELLING YOUR HOUSE TO MAKE A HOUSEPLANT HAPPY!
No but seriously – it looks REALLY GOOD just give it some humidity – buy its own humidifier and it’ll be in heaven – just watch carpeted or wood areas with the humidifier, and keep it watered, fed and lighted!
Watch for spider mites they LOVE calatheas.

Pics 2, 3, and 6 look like physical damage. Avoid it by not touching/folding/kinking the leaves.

Physical damage on your rattlesnake (first plant) and honestly maybe water spot fungal damage on the second. I’ve noticed if I accidentally let water sit on some plant leaves they essentially rot. They don’t have the wind like in nature to shake it off
