Nice! Source for a restaurant? or are you selling at wholesale?

How do they taste compared to lettuce grown in the ground? Congrats on the obviously successful operation!

What’s the difference of hydroponic gardening and regular? No soil?

Absolutely gorgeous plants. Since these were grown in hot weather, do they mature/bolt faster? Do you see any differences from other influences like the number of daylight hours?

I always try to grow some salad green in late winter to spring. I dont mind a tad bitter. We went winter to summer. No spring here.

  8. You really should set up a chair inbetween them and take a pic on it, really show us that hydroponics is the future

  9. How did you keep your water temperature from getting too warm?

You should do a big community “Salad meal.” Bring your own dressing and toppings lettuces provided. Great PR for when you get this up to commercial scale. The community will be tbinking….oh the lettuce dude is now selling.. awesome lets stop and get some.

Just stop touching it all. Who knows where yiu hands have been…lol

I’m interested in doing a small hydroponic for my garden. Can you please share some details and what you learned that worked and things that didn’t work?
