For the juniper: I cleaned up and roughly selected branches a few months ago and rn it looks really healthy. Its been in the same cutup pot since the beginning and i was gonna style and wire it until i saw the roots and got doubts whether i still should or work on styling or get to repottinf and cutting a few roots off and let the styling be for the coming winter.
For the buxus: i cleaned up the tree itself and cut away a few small branches a few months ago aswell. I have a 2 places where there are 3 thick branches coming from the same place and alot of spots where its just a bit straight and at the end of those a place where multiple branches come from the same spot. What would be wise? Doing a few hard cuts on the straight sections and selecting the branches then leave the repotting for another time or do the repotting and a little less in terms of canopy work?
Let me know! And thanks allot in advance!

I favour repotting first if in doubt. Easier to deal with roots if they’re not too intertwined, but be careful there’s not too few.
Btw, “allot” doesn’t mean what you think it does! It means like to allocate
