Hey, I put up the sun shade finally! It looks kinda trash-baggy and I can't reach the top of the greenhouse So it really doesn't provide that much shade yet, do any of you have any suggestions for me to make this better?
That is cover/frost cover. You will make that space hotter. You need to switch it out for a shade cloth: one that is darker black/grey, that will provide more shade, less light to pass through.

To get the shade cloth on top of our greenhouse we tie a long string to each corner eyelet of the shade cloth and other end of the string to a reasonably heavy item we can throw over the greenhouse. Then we just pull the strings until we get the cloth where we want it.

Buy top rail and 3 way blind corners, build a proper frame and put in baseboards and secure it with channels and wiggle wire
