new gardener and learning all the tips and tricks. I am growing my seeds indoors and recently up potted some that were not growing anymore in the seed tray. One of them was this Cayenne pepper that suddenly bloomed. I am curious if its good or bad. of the plant is too small and I should cut off the flowers or if its good and I should harden off the plant and get it outside ASAP.
I have added a picture of my other seedlings to compare as well.

That first picture is not a pepper. That is a squash or cucumber.
That’s 100% not a cayenne pepper. The stem, leaves, and flower are completely wrong for a pepper. I don’t see anything in your photos that looks like a pepper plant.
The flowering plant looks more like some sort of curcurbit (zucchini, cucumber, squash, etc) which don’t like transplanting as much as other plants so may as well get that one outside so you know sooner if you need to just restart from seed outside (speaking from experience).
That’s some type of cucumber or squash and it’s flowering already because it thinks it’s going to die soon
Since everyone has already told you that’s not a pepper, just a heads-up, cucurbits are best to direct sow. They’re really finicky about their roots and don’t like being transplanted. If it’s too cold where you are to plant outside, you might have to wait to start any. It’s not *impossible* to transplant them, you just have to treat them like princesses and not disturb the roots in any way
I’m not seeing a single pepper in any of those photos.
As a squash or a cucumber, they just grow and flower fast. Many don’t bother pre-starting them, but if you do, be prepared to prune off the early flowers.
You’re gonna be real disappointed if you’re expecting peppers
Dude
Your tomatoes are pretty leggy. I’d repot them and bury the stem up to the leaves. It will grow a stronger stalk.
