About 6 months ago I made my 1st moss pole with my Marble Queen Pothos, I had a ton of extra moss left over so I decided to trim my Jade and use the left over moss, an old food container, stakes & a Ziploc to propagate the 3 cuttings I took.

I made sure the moss was wet before I put her in the bag for the first 4 months, while taking her out every 2-3 weeks or so to spray her down with hydrogen peroxide and let her air out and dry a bit for a day or 2. After that 4 months, I took her out of the bag completely and just made sure the moss was moist to the touch and would water heavily with a balanced fertilizer when starting to completely dry out.

While propagating she lived in an ikea greenhouse with 14 hours of light from a grow light, while kept between 25-27 °C and between 50-60% humidity in the greenhouse but I'd assume closer to 90% in the bag. (I don't think this is necessary, I think the bag alone achieves the humidity & temperature if it's in full sun for at least 12 hours)

Safe to say that it's worked out so incredibly well that I had to make a 2nd Moss Pole for her. Her largest leaf is 5" from leaf tip to start of the stem.
