Idk why but it just came to me that I had to try growing a plant, and I would have liked to have some plants for general cooking so I chose basil. What puts me down is that idk exactly how much and how frequently i should water it. It started sprouting as you can see in the photo, and I've been just misting it twice a day when the soil looks dry, but idk if I'm doing it wrong? Should i water deeply once a week and then do wait till it dries? Ik I can't keep misting because the water won't penetrate deeply and it won't be enough, but I am kinda at a loss on how to proceed and I don't wanna kill this little sprout by mistake. Any help would be loved thanks!
