Any idea what is this and what to do?

  1. First, cut that leave off all the way back to the vine.

    Second, check your roots. They should be white to yellow. If they are black/smelly if you can, remove all of the bad roots and give it fresh water or better yet pot it. IF all of the roots are black/smelly, cut the roots off, cut enough leaves off above where the roots were to leave at least 2 nodes in the water and give it fresh water. Once the new roots reach about 3 inchs, pot it. Change your water every 1-3 days while sprouting roots, gently rinsing the roots each water change.

    The most common reason for black leaves is root rot. IF its not the roots, pot it. (But again, first remove that leaf all the way to the vine.)
