Please do never move a VFT into a shady area. They need as much direct sun as they can get. Also your plant looks fine.

Spore pods from the sphagnum moss growing on your substrate. After a few days they burst then turn brown because the moss has no use for them after they blow their load. Generally if the moss is happy the flytrap is happy.

those sprouts are probably just some random seed that got mixed in or blown into your substrate. as far as them looking dry, did you mean the soil looked dry? if so, just make sure youre keeping it in water like a tray, but not muddy wet. they definitely like (need) the sunlight. black leaves are normal and just part of the life cycle, as long as youre also seeing new growth too.
