Looks like [Rock Rose](https://www.wildflower.org/plants/result.php?id_plant=PALA13), once those buds open it’ll be easier to say for sure.
I had about 8 of them volunteer in my yard a few years back, they’re still going strong and get covered in pink blooms every time it rains
Rock rose – must be in a shady spot since its leggy
They reseed pretty easily. Those buds will turn into little round seeds eventually and you can spread them to other areas you’d like this plant to be – sunny areas are especially good. I started with like 2 or 3 plants originally and I think those have died and been replaced with 6-7 new ones.
