Thanks to those with recommendations from my last post here.
Confirmed (for the sake of science of course) that clear plastic pipe is a bad idea.
Printed a tougher 90 converter that has built in strain relief. one of those obvious things that was not obvious to me at the time.
For those curious this is an "Agriworks" kit that I got for a song on sale being re-constructed. The PVC it came with us all metric, which is not available locally. So 3D printing is being used to convert metric to imperial where needed.
hopefully this go around is more successful than my previous… uhh.. algae farm.
