Hi all,
my partner and I moved into a rental a bit over 6 months ago. the last occupant had a dog that did a number on the yard so I've been trying to fix up the lawn.
the tree (I think is a Chinese wisteria?) has started leaning. wondering what opinions people might have.
is it possible that the canopy is becoming top heavy and needs an appropriate trim?
I'm worried there may be root rot going on, I had done some heavy watering when filling in dead patches and then we got hit with heaps of rain, and I'm concerned it was too much too quick.
looking at getting an Arborist in to give it an assessment, but would be nice to know if this could be serious or I'm over reacting. very knew to the world of anything garden

If it’s a rental just inform the agent. It’s not your responsibility.
Wisteria is a deciduous vine, I’m surprised it’s masqueraded as a tree this long.
Watch for cracks on the ground. It signals root movement, at this point photograph it
That’s not a tree.
