Hi everyone first timer here. Basically DIY from google/chatgpt. These bok choy are about 1 month since sprouting. There are some uneven growing due to positioning during earlier stage.

The larger plants (pic 2, 4) have rougher surface leaves which doesn't look like bok choy to me at all.

Whereas the smaller plants (3,5) have a more typical bok choy smooth leaf and stem.

Are these ready to be harvested? Or am I still early? Thank you!

You could pinch some of the outer leaves, but those plants are still babies. They won’t be ready for a real harvest for a month.

Can I ask what this set up is? I like it a lot, seems space efficient!

I harvest my leafy greens whenever i feel theyre big enough. I think cutting big or ready looking leaves will help growth toward the younger leaves.
