I got this girl about a week ago and ever since she has been curled up and sad. I was on the fence about buying one online and then she turned up at a local flower shop/greenhouse and I knew I had to get her. I was gone for the weekend and tonight I get back and she looks like this! I am relieved because I struggle with keeping high humidity (it’s usually 0-20%) and I was worried because this is my first Marantaceae that I got from a greenhouse and had not been acclimated to the drier air where I live. I’m so glad she’s finally doing better!!

Yay!!!! I know how u feel!!! I also got mine last month and I don’t know what she’s thinking! If she’s happy or if she’ll just start curling and drying up leaves out of spite!! Lol. So far she’s ok. I have her under her own grow light and sitting in a pebble tray. In the bathroom. Rn humidity is about ~45 thankfully. But I’ve had maranta/ prayer plants before and they’ve mostly broken my heart. Good luck to us both!!! They are gorgeous

I just got my first one two days ago and I’m already stressing from reading about how tricky they are 🙁 If anyone has any specific tips I’m all ears!!
