My cucumber plants and some of my bell pepper plants have crunchy, brown spots. It’s probably not the same issue for both plants but it’s just easier to post the question together. The dark/chocolate brown dust on the plants is cinnamon(trying to deter some bugs). Any ideas what’s causing it and what I should do to treat them?

I think you’re not looking too bad. I’d just shut off any supplemental watering for at least the next week. I usually pull my browning leaves when i get the chance to make it easier to tell if disease is getting worse/better. I will say, that pepper plant looks a bit leggy like too much water and maybe not enough sun.
