To me, that looks like you’ve got thrips. I’ve had the same issue before I started using systemic pesticides. They tend to like the new growth which is why it’s worse at the tip. I went with the nuclear option but there are other ways to handle it.

Captain jacks dead bugs would do the trick. As the others have said it looks like thrips which are very small and like to hide during the day so it’s easy to miss them.
It also looks like you need to upgrade your grow light as they look pretty etiolated too
They are not guaranteed goners though, they can grow out of the tip damage. Might stack or might just grow with an ugly patch
