Aerangis luteoalba var. rhodosticta is a lovely miniature Angraecoid native to equatorial Africa, found growing as a twig epiphyte in humid mountainous riverine forests, sometimes near waterfalls, between 3000-5000 feet.

I’m delighted to add another Aerangis to my collection. These are low light monopodial orchids, and the small size makes them an easy addition to any collection.

I am growing this one in my IKEA orchid greenhouse cabinet. I cannot take credit for the blooms, as I just acquired it from Seattle Orchid. I plan to mount it on cork after it’s done blooming, and hope to bloom it under my care the near future. 😊
