And with spring officially here, the beloved bargain brand has launched a whole host of new garden furniture items. With many offering similar styles to a major homeware store, but at much cheaper prices, we can see why they are incredibly popular.
Whether lounging in the sun, or entertaining a loved one, we advise checking out the Madrid Bistro Set. A new addition to B&M, this nifty three-piece furniture set will come in handy for that morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Bistro sets are often quite trendy, with many offering that chic ‘café-style dining’ experience from home. Due to their lightweight, compact sizes, they can maximise households of any size, especially smaller areas, such as a patio or a balcony.
Hailed as an “elegant, modern set” on the B&M website, the Madrid Bistro Set has been crafted to add both style and comfort to any outdoors space. It comes with two trendy string-effect bistro chairs, alongside a glass top table perfect for holding snacks and drinks.

Even better, coming in at an affordable £85, it lives up to the brand’s budget-friendly reputation. In fact, it looks borderline identical to Dunelm’s Monaco 2 Seater Egg Chair Bistro Set that retails at £189, making it £104 more expensive than B&M’s own set.
That’s not all, as multichannel retailer is also offering its own Bistro Egg Designer String Garden Chair Set that offers a similar style. Coming in at £114.99, B&M is still cheaper than both major retailers on the high street.
It is worth noting that B&M’s Madrid Bistro Set is only available in one colourway, a neat sage green that will match most outdoor aesthetics. Comparatively, a lot of sets from other stores are available in a selection of hues, offering more choice.
That being said, the budget bistro set is still ideal for all gardens, offering that perfect spot for light lunches, drinks and more this spring and summer. With its lightweight design, it is easy to store away, while also being suitable for indoors use if needed.
For shoppers who aren’t keen on the string-effect design, then the Hampshire Bistro Set boasts that traditional rattan-style for that popular rustic style. Costing just £125, it’s another garden buy that is fairly on the affordable side.
That’s not all, as we recently highlighted how this three-piece suite was also similar to another Dunelm purchase, the Pacific Lifestyle Bazel Outdoor Bistro Set that is priced at a staggering £799, meaning B&M shoppers could get an alike style for £694 less.
Also new to B&M stores recently is the Hampshire Folding Egg Chair that is available to buy for just £99. As everyone probably knows by now, egg chairs are one of the most in-demand garden items, with many already being snapped up for 2026.
Perfect for balconies, patios, gardens and even indoor use, the retailer’s budget-friendly chair features that classic rattan design and sturdy metal frame. It does come complete with premium padded cushions, offering ultimate relaxation when relaxing with a book or a drink.
The niftiest part? It’s hanging wicker basket boasts a foldable design, offering a fuss-free and easy assembly. It also helps provide convenient storage, helping to keep rooms and the garden clutter-free when it is not in use, particularly during the winter months.
For those who think it looks familiar, that’s because it pretty much resembles Dunelm’s own Sydney Rope Folding Egg Chair is currently on offer for £149, down from £199, making it between £49 and £99 more expensive than B&M’s design.
