Some of my anthurium leaves continue to emerge with damage. I do not touch the leaves especially when they are emergents. Anybody have any ideas why they come out this way? My room temp stays between 72-80 degrees and the humidity between 55-70. They are growing in pon and I use GT foliage focus for fertilizer. They get bright light from a standing grow light

The distortion could be due to molybdenum deficiency as a result of nitrate-N being the sole N source and the relatively low amounts of Mo. Zinc is also low but to my knowledge, it shouldn’t cause pinching/puckering.
I suggest either increasing Mo or use a fertilizer with ammonium, not solely nitrate.
