Any help would be great. Thought it might have been an artichoke at first and then it just kept growing. No idea now. Stem is kinda square is why I have the second pick.

I don’t have a clue but
Is that salvia sp. that was bolting but turned back to growth stage? Is it a cherry tree? Sassafras?(no) Weird
