I was gifted this lovely baby,I’ve done some research on how to care for her n she’s perked up after giving her some water,is she okay do i need to do anything else to her?

Google pics haven't really been much help as I have a hard time comparing pics n etc the info helps but i'm also hard of comprehension ( sometimes)
