That’s pretty normal on a Thai Con, especially when a new leaf is still sizing up differently from the older ones. Inner fenestrations are more about overall maturity, support, and strong light together, so I’d check that it’s climbing well and getting enough brightness, but one newer leaf without inner fenestrations isn’t a red flag by itself 😊
