Not knowing their circumstances, it's great that you could make this house look more like a home. But as the parent of two girls, I have to wonder why that child can't tend to such an easy yard. Especially policing the trash!

And people will b*tch about HOA – yes it’s annoying and they can be so scummy, but it’s prevents THIS. Look at the beautiful green grass in the after photos of the next door neighbor. Imagine them having to see this every day and not be able to do anything, the cost of their house substantially dropping, all because there’s no HOA
