No. This coconut never reached maturity and will not grow.
If you want to attempt to actually grow a coconut, go buy one from the supermarket with the husk already removed. Give it a good shake and make sure you can feel/hear water sloshing around. Put it entirely in water for 24 hours, make sure it’s completely submerged. Then remove it from the water and put it in a Ziplock bag with about an inch of water. Keep it in a dark place and in about a month you should see some roots

Since my comment about growing a coconut plant from a store bought coconut got some traction, here’s a picture of one I sprouted a few years ago. Sadly I had to move at the time and the plant got damaged and never recovered.
