Living in Colorado we want to be mindful of water conservation. I made this station from scrap wood to rinse veg off in the garden before bringing it in! I'll hose off the harvest in the sink (a great Habitat find for $7) and then set it on the mesh to dry a bit. The station is tall enough for a bucket to fit underneath. The water falls into the bucket and then goes back to the garden or into the compost! A bit wobbly, but I'm thinking I will add an "L" to the left of the sink for a faucet and a space to set my collection basket. Super proud of doing it all by myself!

That is a super clever idea and an excellent use of resources at hand.

Add cross supports halfway down legs front and back and along bottom on aide to solve wobbliness

Super clever! Go you! Also, you’ve got my wheels spinning. My whole utility area needs a revamp, I’ll have to think about incorporating a wash station situation
