I found a large cactus in a parking lot and on the floor some of the pieces fell off so I picked two up and propagated them. When this one started growing though it immediately started growing with flowers on it, both new growths have these super weird/cool flowers! Any idea what type of cactus this is? Found in Miami area

By the flower I believe its opuntia cochenillifera. I’m no expert but that’s the only one I’ve seen that has a bud like that.
