I got this skeleton key about ~4 months ago with the bottom 4 leaves. I put it on a moss pole and the new growth has lost its key-ness. Anyone know what the cause of this could be? How do I mature this plant if the moss pole isn’t enough?
I had it under bright grow lights for the first 2 leaves, but moved it to an east window for the last leaf to see if it would do change anything. I don’t expect so but I’m experimenting. I water when the soil is mostly but not completely dry, keep the pole damp at all times. Light fertilizer with every other watering

It needs a taller moss pole. It’s the growth of roots along the stem into the moss that triggers mature leaf shape. The stem at the top has nothing to root into.
