    If it gets enough sun, it should do ok. I believe you will need to prune it back considerably. Mine overruns the gazebo and just keeps growing.

    I think it would do well as long as it has adequate drainage. You’d just have to keep on top of watering and occasional fertilizing. We have ours planted in the ground, but with an arch and trellis for it to grow into and it’s doing so well this year. (Year 2)
