If this has been in soil its entire life I don’t really think you can just drop it into hydro.
I would take a clone, root it, then hydro.
Mine just bloomed a bit ago. Gotta say. Looks nothing like what you have.
If actually a peace plant—roots only. Mine love water but need heavy drainage.
