Just a hint: When bagging up the debris, start with the pile furthest away from the final location (your trailer) and work towards the trailer – that way it isn't as heavy to drag from the back of the "lot' to the trailer! It will help "save your back" as well.

I’m new to your channel so I’m certain this has been mentioned many times in the past, but why don’t you have a wood chipper? You could save an inordinate amount of time and money by reducing those trips to the dump by 80-90%.

Each one is a very satisfying transformation and most of the time I feel like I don't want you to stop as I am so into your work that the time passed by without realizing it.
