I have had it about a month, the little yellow spots appeared shortly after. some of the tears and brown bits I suspect are just trauma to the leaves as it has been moved a few times. Any advice or insight is appreciated !
To me it looks like it could be a nutrient issue or possibly too much sun. I’m very much a novice & could be wrong. Are you fertilizing? What kind of light does it get?

I have some plants that look like this and I’m thinking it’s thrips. I am new to houseplants though so I hope I’m wrong but…

More than likely too much strong light. I’ve had to move my whiter pothos many times. It’s hard to find a balance so you can keep that white. Just keep moving till you hit that sweet spot. I had to move my manjula just below the window and now no more burning.
