So even tho I sprayed my mugo pine with a lime sulfur solution in late winter i noticed some what I think is pine needle scale. Its just on some parts of the tree as bad as shown in the photo. How do you deal with it? I don't really want to spray a pesticide since it will also kill the good insects and I found online that they are quite resistant as well. Any advice is highly appreciated
