Providing update on my Orlando no lawn experience. We mulched the front yard completely just over two years ago and just re-1mulched again over the past few months. We did a lawyer of car board and then about 2-4 inches of shredded mulch from a local mulch company. We recently had an rare freeze that took out a bunch of plants including our mango tree. Gave an opportunity to revamp the space. Our Avocado tree "super hass" is coming back as well. The dogs love it, they don't track back sand like they used to with our previous "lawn". I was also thinking how much time and/or money we are saving by not getting the lawn cut by a company.
