What are these bugs and how to deal with them?

    They appear to be aphids.

    Spray them with the hose or brush them off. Some people may have allergies to aphids.

    Create habitat for aphid predators.

    For reference they are on rose bushes, and there seems to be mature bugs at the very top with wings

    If you are aren’t against pesticides, just put a little bit of macho insecticide around the base of each plant, it will go into the plant and kill all the aphids

    Aphids. If you don’t wanna mess with insecticides, and they keep coming back after spraying them off, you can buy ladybugs, release them on the plants, and they will do some work. Released some in my garden years ago, they got rid of them all. Very beneficial little bugs that help get rid of pests without chemicals 🥰
