Just started to really get into gardening (am getting older….). This stuff is a plague in my lawns. I tried weed&feed but it seems to actually have come back worse. Any help would be much appreciated!
Salt water mixed with vinegar will definitely get rid of that

Soapy water like warm

Glyphosate or contact herbicide

Long days sitting on the lawn manually pulling out every o E over a few years or rip it up and turf

I just let the kikuyu win. It was bloody gonna anyway. Does a decent job of keeping itself weed free.

The ground looks super dry and compact. Getting rid of the weeds is step 1, but you will want grass (I assume) to replace it.
Breaking it up, adding some organic matter and over seeding will help.

Use a selective herbicide like Bin-Die. The weeds are thriving because the turf is gone. I’m a green keeper and I never recommend weed and feed.

How to get rid of lawns? You’re asking the right question. Best way to do it is to dig down to top soil and replace with biodiverse natives that will give back to the community and local fauna. You’ll also save a fortune on wasted water!
