Most of my seedlings have two true leaves now. Ready to harden off and put in ground? Well past last frost date and in a rush to get them in since it’s getting warm here in SC. Or should I split them into separate pots to let them keep growing?

Maybe not in-ground just yet, but the definitely should be separated into individual.pots, then maybe in a week or two start hardening them off.
