Hi everyone how you are doing well. My girlfriend bought me some succulent and i realised this specific one might be artificially vargiated as i read online they could be. I need some help because I really don't want this to die eventually because of this scummy practice nurseries are doing… any tips or advice to help keep it alive and thriving? any help is much appreciated. do i behead the top?🙏😭

Cut off the two inflorescences, this will help redirect energy. Repot thoroughly, removing all of the soil from the roots, into fresh !gritty soil. Acclimate gradually to some gentle sun, as harsh sun can cause damage in this state. And wait. If it struggles to thrive, remove the white growth entirely to encourage offsets that are hopefully green.
