It’s hard to tell like this honestly, it all depends on the roots. I’d check the roots and also look if theyre sticking out of the pot. If you end up having more roots than soil, or just in general notice the roots have no more space. You can repot to one to two sizes bigger in pots, nothing more than that. Hope this helps!
Agreed. A good 2-4 inches depending on the rootball.
Check roots if root ball go up by one or two sizes. Monsteras like being cozy
