This is officially the craziest cleanup I’ve done to date. The story started last summer when I started getting a ton of emails and requests to check out this address. It seemed weird to me at first because I almost never do any lawns in that part of town and it was in a really nice neighborhood. But I decided to stop by and it was the worst lawn I’ve ever seen. You couldn’t even get to the front door because the front walkway was completely overgrown. So I had to slip behind the bushes to get there. I knocked and didn’t get an answer but the next door neighbor noticed me. I talked to him for quite a while and he told me someone actually lives in this house and it hasn’t been cut in about 15 years. The entire backyard was inaccessible, there was a deck that’s been overrun by weed trees and a pool that had a 50 ft cottonwood tree growing out of the drain. He got the homeowner on the phone and got permission for me to clean it up but unluckily the city got to it the next morning. Fast forward to this year, it got crazy bad again. The city just knocked down the grass in the front last year so it’s been getting worse and worse. I decided I needed some help so Kevin from @LawnCareJuggernaut and @TheBoringChannelLawnCare came to help. It took us 2 whole days with the help of a few neighbors and I’ve never seen so much support from a neighborhood. People were telling us that they had no idea someone even lived here. Plus the neighbors that have been around for a while told us that this used to be one of the nicest houses in the neighborhood. It had a really nice yard and everyone was jealous of the pool. For some reason about 15 years ago the homeowner decided to just stop taking care of it and nobody knows why. Well, we got the jungle cut back and all the neighbors were completely stunned with how it turned out so be sure to stay until the very end of the video because the before and after pictures are officially the craziest I’ve ever taken.

I can confirm I did get poison Ivy while working on this one. it was also brutally hot so the fact that the neighbors came out and helped for so long was so cool!!!!! Thank you for inviting me to work on this property with you. I really enjoyed this one but I will admit I was dead tired when it was done. lol

Where is this, cuz in Midwest city, OK. if a yard looks like that the city gives them 30 days to clean it up if not the city comes out and does it then will charge your water bill the cost. Same if you house needs to be painted.

Watching this HUGE estate property go to shit like that and then the pool GETTING FILLED with the trees and brush is sad. The property house value just went down cuz of damaged filled in pool.
