We've had this rattlesnake/prayer plant for like 6 years but recently i started actually trying to take care of it (it was my moms) and it has started bringing in new healthy leaves for the last two years which it wasn't really before. it was also in a way too small pot which i upgraded. i thought it was her lack of nutrients and pot size and maybe light that was making her crunchy but it hasn't gone away. some leaves look perfect while others are… desperate. ive cut off the really bad ones over and over and but she keeps bringing in new healthy ones so? also the discoloration on some of them is strange. ive looked up so many things. ive tried giving it more light, less light, i had it by a humidifier for awhile i have no clue. I water it whenever i stick my finger in the dirt a ways and its pretty dry, until water comes out the bottom of the pot. please help ive tried everything lmao. my mom is mocking me now because i said she took terrible care of it and i was gonna rescue it but its only slightly better 🤣😭

Are you fertilizing? Might be fertilizer burn, too much for the plant. They’re sensitive to it. Either that or decreased humidity. Possibly root rot/overwatering if the soil is staying wet rather than drying down.
