Best picture I have now, but could try and take more tomorrow. Bought this warscewiczii at a farmers market a little over a week ago – at first she was doing fine, but slowly started to curl the leaves in and eventually wilt. It was a hot, dry week, but I took it into the shower at least once a day for steam baths, which never seemed to help it temporarily perk up.
The soil was moist when I got it, then continued to be moist slightly below the surface, so I didn't want to risk overwatering even as the curling started, but now I fear I let it go too long. Finally got a new working humidifier today, so I'm hoping that helps, and soaked the soil/sat the pot in a bucket for a little bit too. Fingers crossed.
I did, when I first got it, notice a few tiny tiny mealy bugs, which I killed and scanned the rest of the plant daily but haven't found others.
Anyone with more experience with warscewicziis have guidance? Ideas? Diagnoses? If the sole issue is underwatering and/or low humidity, how long does it usually take to bounce back? Would you recommend repotting/checking the roots? Any help appreciated!
I have a feeling I'll be a frequent flyer here soon since I splurged on a few too many calatheas recently

I just got a whole-home humidifier today and mine seem to be perking up a bit.
Lack of water and humidy
I have a hunch your humidity got really, really low and it’s going to take a while to recover from the shock of it.
Could also have been overwatered before you got it. It’s a good idea to see if you can just gently slide the pot off the root ball to check for mud/stinky roots. If it’s all good, just slide it right back in.
