I’ve been trying to identify what plant this is & can’t figure it out!!
The internet is telling me it might be a woolly bush but I don’t think it is as it feels quite stiff?
Located in Beach dunes in City Beach, WA

It’s some kind of *Calothamnus sp.* There’s quite a few that look very similar, so not sure you can fully ID without flowers.
*C. quadrifidus* is the most commonly grown species, and is quite variable in form.
