Edging is concrete formed and poured onsite with stain after cure. Posts are 14 gauge 3×3 steel 5ft above ground, 2.5 below. Trellis is 16 ft cattle panel. Each section has 3 wisteria plants that are native to my area. Along with irrigation system

Why do both sides with the wire ?
Do the cattle panels hang from the bolt heads?
