My fiance and I bought a house last year knowing the back 1/3 acre was prone to flooding, and after 15 loads of fill and roadbase, a massive delivery of wood, 10 yards of raised bed mix, and many, many trips to the lumberyard and hardware store we are finally up and going. Last pic is the model I build for out chicken coop that I'm starting on this week…after we bring in 15 yards of sand to build their yard up, too!
