Dicentra is tricky. Far be it from me to give you gardening information, but I’ve noticed I’d Dicentra isn’t happy, it picks up its toys and leaves, whereas Peony pouts and really lets you know it’s mad at you. Lamium, on the other hand, is always happy. Do you ever use it in containers? It’s very versatile.

Adding a camera by the pond is such a good idea! You can never be too safe when it comes to kids, the more eyes, the better! I've learned the hard way too buying things on Amazon. Sometimes it's worth spending more to get good quality, and as much use your outdoor furniture gets, you should get the best quality you can. You all live outside, so it's worth spending more for that quality. I love the plants by the stream!!! So beautiful!! How big is your blue watering can? It looked like you poured alot of Bloom in it.

Amazon is and Ikea is mostly cheap stuff… I bet those chairs will rust by the end of the summer. Chairs with thin arms rests are the worst. It isn’t easy to find nice outdoor furniture
Another layer of “keeping an eye in the kids” might be to float a pool alarm in their “no go” area of the pond. That way if someone is feeling adventurous or if a visitor doesn’t remember to follow the rules – the alarm will go off & you guys will know it immediately. I realize this is a pond with running water but I think you can set them up based on how much movement of the water it takes to trigger the alarm. Everything looks great. What a pleasure that pond is for you all.
Hey girl! Love your channel ❤️! Those dicentra do that, they naturally go dormant once it gets hot and will reappear in spring! Oh, and if you want more milage from your pansies, start them for fall planting (im zone 6 plant early Sep) the ones I started from seed last summer are massive right now!
