Edema from taking up water faster than it can be transpired. Minor issue, wait longer to water and/or up the airflow. One of my tomato seedlings had it yesterday after a watering
I had several in my tray that had a few leaves of each plant that looked exactly like that and I do think it was a humidity problem although I did have aphids and I sprayed my plant so I’m not 100% sure what caused it but after I sprayed my plant and took them outside and removed those leaves that look like that my plants look really, really healthy and are getting really really big so just fix the environment or put them outside and let them harden off if you can and that should go away maybe even spray some neem oil or something on it
