Needs to use neerim oil if i remember correctly, get the concentrated version from bunnings you can use it for a few years, but with the scale this big i am not sure whether you still got chance to kill it, i have to remove almost all infected branch and let it regrow for a year

Wax scale if it’s a small infestation squish and spray neem oil.
If it’s lots Soapy water mixed with pyrethrum and spray all the plants.
If it’s more than lots, spray with a jet from the hose and then spray the plants with neem oil.
