Hi everyone!
Could you help me identify this Philodendron I received in a "sustainability box" from PLNTs?
I’d also love some advice on how to care for it. I haven't repotted it yet, but I did check the roots and found the mesh/nursery plug still attached, which I removed immediately.
The current pot seems way too large for the root system. Should I downsize to a smaller pot? Also, I’m not sure if I should repot it right away because, even though it just put out a new leaf, it’s also losing two older ones (as you can see in the photos). What could be causing this?
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

It’s too young to be 100%, but it’s either a Snowdrift or Whipple Way (mature leaves will tell the difference; snowdrifts will be broad with a rippled edge while whipple ways look more like philo domesticum with a tighter arrowhead sort of shape).
