Hey! I’ve had this Aloe Vera for a few months now, and its condition has continued to decline so thought I’d reach out here for some advice!

I’ve repotted it recently and the roots look pretty healthy to me. I’ve tried to water less frequently and then water more frequently but neither seemed to make a difference. The soil is cactus mix. It gets a ton of light as this is a south facing window. I’m new to plants so thank you!

Thank you for posting to r/plantclinic!

It looks like you may be asking about a cactus or succulent. In addition to any advice you receive here, please consider visiting r/cactus r/succulents for more specialized care advice.

A common problem with cacti and succulents is etiolation. This is when a succulent stretches or becomes leggy. Reply with “!etiolation” for advice.

You’re not supposed to use cactus soil straight out of the bag. You’re supposed to mix it with at least 50% perlite.
